Ennis Golf Club is delighted to welcome golfers from across County Clare and beyond to our Annual Open Golf Classic, taking place on Saturday 8th and Sunday 9th August 2026.
This year’s Golf Classic is a special fundraising event, with all proceeds dedicated to the development of our new 2nd Green, helping to further enhance the playing experience for members and visitors alike.
Competition Format
Choose from two exciting team events:
- 18-Hole Team of 4 Modified Scramble – €140 per team
- 9-Hole Team of 4 Modified Scramble – €70 per team
The competition is open to both Ladies’ and Men’s teams, making it the perfect opportunity for golf societies, friends, work colleagues, and club members to enjoy a fantastic weekend of competitive golf.

There are outstanding prizes to be won throughout the weekend, including:
- 1st Prize: 4 × €250 Prepaid Credit Cards
- Plus a wide range of additional prizes for participating teams.
