Special Olympics at
Ennis Golf Club
Ennis Special Olympics Golf Club was formed in 2005 following on from the success of the World Games which were held in Dublin in 2003. Jackie Morris, Kathleen Kearse and Vincent Gardner partnered 3 Special athletes from the Brothers of Charity and played each Monday at Ennis Golf Club and competed in Munster and Ireland games that year.
Over the following years the numbers of athletes grew and also the volunteers from our club, today we have 22 athletes and an equal number of volunteers.
